About Kim Hardman

Kim Hardman is an associate in RPC’s commercial disputes team specialising in media litigation. Kim studied law at Oxford University and has worked at RPC for over three years having trained and qualified as a solicitor with the firm.

Kim handles a wide variety of cases, predominantly relating to privacy and defamation, for a range of media clients, including national and regional newspapers, news agencies, national and international publishers, and broadcasters. Kim also regularly advises media insurers and their insured clients in media litigation.
